Elaborating the above points further : 1. Self Reflection - Human Brain bu default is made to see faults in others, but it will never realise our short comings. If someone gives us nagative feedback, we will be defensive / get angry/ develop a disliking for that person. Genuinely we should interospect, if we can overcome those shortcomings and become a better person. Always keep asking for feedback from friends/colleagues/coaches/mentors and keep improving your self. In this process Dont

CORONA has made us more Human !!!

Hey Everyone, Hope all are doing Good. Stay Safe & Stay Blessed. I was reading one of the interesting books "Inner Engineering" By Sadhguru. Amazing book. Since you cant go outside, I believe you can definitely go Inside. And whats best then reading this book. Since the whole world has been talking about CORONA... i think its time we dont let Corona enter our brains. If we put shit in our brains, we will take the same out of our mouth. Its been years, humanity was going all fast paced, career was given more priority than family, Caste/color/nationality was more prior to Humanity, Wealth was more prior to Health, Treasure was more important than Nature... We realised that we had been doing wrong, but we were at so much pace, that we couldn't slow down, and we needed an external force to stop us and think about ourselves. Become Human once again. Think about our priorities. If we think positively, this is a blessing in disguise. Just wash your hands, B

Start making something

Hi Guys, Well I am back after a long time. And it really feels good to write again. Well just had been busy with some startups ,failures and lots of learning. Had read a book called REWORK, got motivated and started doing lots of things over past years, and will keep continuing the momentum. This article is for those who have lots of ideas but they fail to act. We all have that one friend who says, "I had the idea for eBay. If only I had acted on it, I'd be a billionaire!" That logic is pathetic and delusional. Having the idea for eBay has nothing to do with actually creating eBay. What you do is what matters, not what you think or say or plan.  Think your idea's that valuable? Then go try to sell it and see what you get for it. Not much is probably the answer. Until you actually start making something, your brilliant idea is just that, an idea. And everyone's got one of those.  Stanley Kubrick gave this advice to aspiring filmmakers: "

Two Best teachers.. Mentors & Mistakes.. Choosing a good Mentor Will definitely Save your time !!!

Mentors can be critical to the growth and success of your career or business. Defined as a "wise and trusted counselor or teacher" , a mentor is a person who can guide you, help you, take you under his or her tutelage, and nurture your progress in the field. Choosing a mentor who is a talented and experienced person in the field can be beneficial for you. This is not only because he or she can teach you theory and technique, but having had real life experiences, he or she can prepare you for real-world situations and perhaps even help you find the right opportunities. Knowing the right people saves you time in your search for success. How to Find a good mentor ? To find a mentor on your own, first identify someone you admire and respect. You can choose someone from your own network or outside it -- or both.. Some people choose more experienced mentors at a high organisational level so that they, too, can aspire to the top of the ladder. Your mentor is someone you probably h

YOU too can have a charismatic personality...

Have you noticed there are some people who just light up any room the moment they enter? Their sheer presence can draw attention from a busy crowd even before uttering a word. Someone who possesses this kind of charismatic quality is often said to have an ‘aura’ or a ‘presence’. Becoming successful always involves other people. They could be your clients, or prospects or people you network with. But whoever they may be, the greater your charisma, the easier it is for you to quickly form long-lasting relationships. Remember, the very same people could be the ones who will spread the word about you. How can you enhance your charisma? Your Body Language Your body sends out thousand of signals every minute, constantly giving out your thoughts and feelings for everyone to read. Your body language should be in tune with what you are saying. For example, if you are talking about something that is happy or joyful, this should be reflected in your movement and expression.
